Quasquicentennial Celebration
Courtland celebrated its Quasquicentennial in 2015 with a two-day
celebration on May 8th & May 9th, 2015. Beginning on
Friday night, students entertained us with their artwork, musical and acting
talents. There were various displays including historical memorabilia. On
Saturday afternoon, students, teachers and the community
visited old classrooms, met old teachers, caught up with old and new friends
over a coffee in the café and enjoyed the classic car display on the front
lawn. The time capsule from 1980 was opened by former Principal, Ron
Gage.
It was a wonderful celebration of the staff, students and community members who have graced the hallways of our amazing school.
