This is just a reminder that if you have not returned your child’s Data Verification Form sent the first week of school to please do so.There are also 3 forms under events on School Day that need to be completed by every family.

3. Concussion Code of Conduct

These are for the safety of our children.  Please read and when you are done you will be asked to electronically sign them.

If these forms are not completed we will have to send paper copies home.  We are trying to avoid sending papers from school due to the pandemic.  Please login to school day to complete these forms.  If you need assistance please email or call the office.
